


I didn't plan to run a cleaning company. When my husband's cancer diagnosis meant someone had to take the wheel of Prospect Cleaning, I stepped in. Not because I was ready. Because no one else was going to.
Under my leadership, Prospect Cleaning grew to over 100 employees at peak, earned government contracts with the MTA across New York's subway system, and landed on the Inc. 5000 with 651% growth in three years. We didn't survive COVID. We expanded through it.
In 2024, I lost my husband. I took the time I needed. I stepped back. I grieved. When I came back, I didn't come back as the same person.
